Job Description BAE Systems is seeking a Mk21A Project Manager/Technical Writer and Editor for an exciting opportunity on the Mk21A program at Hill Air Force Base (AFB), Utah. As the Project Manager/Technical Writer for the program, you will coordinate, write, and review all documentation and media related to the program. You will provide professional support to our customers by managing program documentation and communications. This position directly supports the Mk21A Program, a new ICBM reentry vehicle that will be deployed on the Sentinel weapon system. Duties will include providing support to government leaders and engineers on all aspects of program documentation and external messaging. You will also be expected to assist in the preparation of regular Program Management Review briefs on the status of each assigned project.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
12 yrs directly related experience and at least 6 years of progressive responsibility in providing technical leadership.
Proven experience as a Technical Writer, Technical Editor, or in a similar role.
Expertise in reviewing and editing government technical documents for clarity, grammar, and formatting, including but not limited to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Charters, Statements of Work (SOWs), and Systems Engineering Plans (SEPs).
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Familiarity with Air Force writing standards and guidelines, such as the "Tongue and Quill".
Experience in creating and managing technical documentation, including templates, charts, and reports.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineers, project managers, and government customers.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Active Secret security clearance.
Pursuant to Government contract, this position requires us citizenship.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Experience in developing tools or processes to improve documentation and communication efficiency, such as developing a Comment Resolution Matrix (CRM) or custom search tools is a plus.
Process Improvement Initiative.

Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $92180 - $156707
