We’re seeking an experienced Mission Coordinator to support Navy training operations within the Navy Integrated Training Environment. This role plays a critical part in planning, coordinating, and executing Undersea Warfare and Mine Warfare training exercises, ensuring all systems, personnel, and resources align with mission requirements.


This is a highly visible role working directly with military stakeholders to drive mission readiness and training effectiveness.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute Undersea Warfare and Mine Warfare training exercises
  • Ensure all training systems and resources are utilized in accordance with military requirements and regulations
  • Collaborate with military and government stakeholders to define training needs, priorities, and solutions
  • Analyze training operations, exercise results, and system performance to provide actionable recommendations
  • Support development and delivery of mission briefings, debriefings, and post-exercise reporting
  • Coordinate daily with aviation units, airspace control, and training facilities to align participants and assets
  • Maintain databases for range scheduling, utilization, and reporting
  • Develop and distribute training materials (written, visual, multimedia) for mission preparation
  • Lead or support pre-mission planning conferences and post-mission evaluations
  • Provide instruction and demonstrations on training systems and equipment


Required Qualifications

  • One of the following: Bachelor’s degree + 5+ years of relevant experience, Master’s degree + 3+ years of experience, OR 9+ years of relevant experience (in lieu of degree)
  • Strong background in Navy Undersea Warfare operations, including:
  • Exercise planning and execution
  • Resource coordination and scheduling
  • Data collection and analysis
  • Experience with sonar, underwater systems, or in-water tracking technologies
  • Operational experience supporting maritime training exercises
  • Active Secret Security Clearance (required)


Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced expertise in Undersea Warfare (sub-specialty experience)
  • Experience leading or supervising analysts or operational teams
  • Knowledge of Navy operations, procedures, and directives
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field
