Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Millwright for our pipe coating client to start immediately at $27.28/hr. Receive comprehensive benefits through our client upon hire!


Responsibilities:


The Millwright is responsible for performing maintenance and repair work on machinery, equipment, and facilities to minimize downtime and ensure efficient production operations. Typical duties involve troubleshooting and maintaining systems related to electrical circuits, pneumatics, cooling, plumbing, and HVAC.

  • Promote and uphold company values focused on safety, professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Inspect and assess machinery and equipment to identify maintenance or repair needs.
  • Diagnose issues and determine the best course of action for repairs.
  • Perform general mechanical, electrical, and building repairs not requiring a specialized technician.
  • Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment.
  • Understand and follow proper start-up and shut-down procedures for production equipment to verify correct operation.
  • Request and maintain appropriate inventory of tools, parts, and supplies needed for maintenance tasks.
  • Keep all tools, materials, and work areas clean, safe, and organized.
  • Identify and repair facility issues such as plumbing, HVAC, or other building systems.
  • Collaborate with employees and management to resolve mechanical and operational issues effectively.
  • Follow Lockout/Tagout and other safety procedures as required.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal staff and external vendors.
  • Demonstrate pride in workmanship and attention to detail.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.


Location: Schererville, IN


Schedule/Shift Details: Flexible - Days, Nights and Saturdays potentially


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Valid driver’s license (required).
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to follow direction from supervisors and senior maintenance personnel.
  • General knowledge of manufacturing processes and repair techniques.
  • Skilled in the proper use of hand and power tools.
  • Willingness and availability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
