Mill Operator (Machine Op) Trainee

• The Right Attitude: We want teammates who enjoy coming to work and bring a positive energy to the shop.

• Reliability: Consistency is key. Good attendance isn't just a requirement; it's how we keep the mill running smoothly.

• Mechanical Aptitude: Did you attend a tech school? Do you have experience in a mechanical field? That’s a huge plus.

• Precision: You must be able to read a tape measure accurately down to 1/4 inch.

While we are happy to train the right person, let us know if you have experience with:

• Machine Operation: Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment.

• Woodworking Tools: Experience operating planers, saws, or sanding machines.

• Finishing/Painting: Our finishing area applies stains to moldings; experience with a spray gun is highly valued.

This is a high-energy, active role. You should be comfortable with:

• Standing for long periods.

• Bending, lifting, squatting, and reaching.

Pushing and pulling materials as needed.
