Military Spouse Program Patient Intake Coordinator

Description

Patient Intake Coordinators are the front line to schedule new patients. Role requires case management through ticketing system in Salesforce, inbound/outbound calls, and self paced management to follow up on patient flow.

Day to day:

- receive communication from hospitals and clinics with new patient information

- outreach to new patients to coordinate their dialysis care via outbound calls and through Salesforce case management system

- receive inbound calls from candidates who are following up on scheduling requests

- self management and ability to follow up on their own case load is a key part of the job - track what patients have not returned calls, make consistent outreach, document and close cases in the system

20 inbound calls / day on average

Outbound calls depends on case load - some reps make up to 80, others are closer to 20 depending on their ticket / inbound volume.

Will work heavily in Salesforce (CRM) and Cerner (EHR)

Nice to Have:

-Previous healthcare experience

-Dialysis experience

-Previous experience with EMR systems (Epic, All Scripts, etc.)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greenwood Village, CO.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
