Job Description
Join a dedicated metal fabrication team as a full-time Welder on 1st shift (6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.), where you will set up and operate MIG and TIG welding equipment to work primarily with steel and aluminum. In this contract-to-hire role, you will handle materials using overhead cranes and fork trucks, follow blueprints to produce high-quality welds, support production efficiency through accurate labor reporting and inventory cycle counts, and help maintain a safe, clean, and organized metal shop environment.

Work Environment
This is a fully on-site position based in Las Vegas, Nevada, within a metal shop manufacturing operation of approximately 25 employees. Work takes place in a large warehouse-style building composed mostly of individual work cells, with the majority dedicated to welding and painting tasks. The role runs on 1st shift from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., offering a consistent daytime schedule. You will regularly use MIG and TIG welding equipment, standard hand tools, overhead cranes, and fork trucks to handle and fabricate steel and aluminum components.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
