About the Role

The Strategy and Transformation Intern will play a critical role in shaping and accelerating the Mid-Market Group’s growth strategy and operating model. This role partners closely with senior leaders across product, go-to-market, finance, and corporate strategy & development to identify growth opportunities, translate strategy into execution, and drive cross-functional transformation initiatives. The position blends strategic insight with operational leadership, supporting both organic growth initiatives and inorganic opportunities. Success in this role requires strong problem-solving skills, comfort with ambiguity, and a bias toward driving measurable business impact.


Responsibilities

  • Partner with Strategy & Transformation leaders and cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and operationalize strategic growth initiatives for the Mid-Market Group.

  • Conduct rigorous analysis on customer behavior, market dynamics, and TAM expansion opportunities, including assessments that inform organic and inorganic growth strategies.

  • Develop compelling strategy frameworks, financial models, and scenario analyses that support decision making across mid-market initiatives.

  • Translate strategic priorities into actionable operating plans with clear KPIs, timelines, and performance measurement mechanisms.

  • Drive and manage end-to-end execution of strategic and transformational programs, coordinating across functions to align priorities, manage dependencies, and ensure accountability for outcomes.

  • Support the annual and multi-year planning processes

  • Support inorganic growth initiatives by participating in strategic thesis development, due diligence, and integration planning.


Qualifications

  • Proven ability to lead rigorous analysis, develop strategic recommendations, and translate strategy into operational execution with measurable business impact.

  • Strong problem structuring, analytical, and financial modeling skills; comfort with ambiguity and complex, cross-dependent challenges.

  • Demonstrated success working with senior leadership and influencing cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.

  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to craft compelling narratives and present insights to executive audiences.

  • Strong project, stakeholder, and program management skills with a bias toward execution excellence.


The expected base pay range for this position is: MTV Hourly Range: $39 - 57
