This team supports the extraordinarily successful eCommerce site delivering high value to the business. These teams are divided into three eCommerce Sales buckets (Front End; Middle, Search & optimization, product list pages, etc.; and Backend (shopping cart, checkout, payments)
Mid-Level Project Manager
Position Summary
We are seeking a results-oriented Project Manager with experience leading cross-functional projects and supporting organizational change initiatives. This role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects while helping stakeholders successfully adopt new processes, technologies, and ways of working. The ideal candidate combines strong project management skills with practical change management experience to ensure successful project delivery and user adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Lead multiple concurrent projects from initiation through implementation and closeout.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and status reports.
- Coordinate project activities across business, technology, and operational teams.
- Facilitate project meetings, stakeholder reviews, and executive status updates.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Monitor project performance and ensure milestones, deliverables, and objectives are achieved.
- Manage project scope and support change request processes.
Change Management
- Support organizational change initiatives associated with business process improvements, system implementations, and transformation programs.
- Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and identify change readiness requirements.
- Develop and execute communication, training, and user adoption plans.
- Partner with business leaders to promote engagement and support successful transitions.
- Track adoption metrics and gather stakeholder feedback to improve change outcomes.
- Assist with resistance management and organizational readiness activities.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships with business leaders, project teams, vendors, and subject matter experts.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Provide regular project updates and communicate risks, issues, and decisions effectively.
- Support executive presentations and project governance activities.
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve project delivery methodologies and business processes.
- Contribute to PMO standards, templates, and best practices.
- Promote continuous improvement and lessons learned throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field.
- 5–8 years of project management experience leading business or technology initiatives.
- Experience supporting organizational change management activities.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid approaches.
- Strong experience with project planning, risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
- Change Management certification such as Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent.
- Experience supporting enterprise technology implementations, ERP, CRM, cloud, or digital transformation programs.
- Experience working within PMO environments.
