Mid-Level Corporate Associate – Life Sciences (AmLaw 20 Firm)

Our client, a leading AmLaw 20 firm is seeking a mid-level Corporate Associate (3–5 years) to join its globally recognized Life Sciences practice.

This team advises cutting-edge life sciences and biotech companies—from startups to public companies—as well as leading investors and financial institutions across the full corporate lifecycle.

What you’ll work on:

• Public company representation and ongoing SEC compliance
• Registered equity offerings
• M&A and strategic transactions
• General corporate counseling for high-growth life sciences companies

• 3–5 years of corporate/transactional experience
• Experience with public company work and capital markets transactions
• Strong drafting and deal management skills
