What You Will Work On
You will handle your own files from day one. General liability, premises liability, product liability, professional malpractice, catastrophic injury and construction litigation. State and federal court. Real depositions. Real trials. Not document review.
What They Are Looking For
2 to 10 years of civil litigation experience in Massachusetts. Insurance defense background strongly preferred. Someone who can take ownership of a file, communicate directly with carrier clients, and is ready to grow into a leadership role over time.
You should NOT apply if you practice estate planning, immigration, family law or transactional work. This is a pure litigator role.
