Title/Position: Microsoft Dynamics CRM Analyst

Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid Onsite)

Job Term: Permanent Direct Hire

Position Summary

The CRM Business Analyst is responsible for organizing and analyzing marketing and customer data, helping sales and marketing teams deepen their market influence, and building long-lasting customer relationships.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with business staff to thoroughly understand the needs to be supported by the information systems and technology.
  • Determining how changes to the project will affect the business and systems.
  • Providing recommendations regarding the evolution of the system.
  • Responding to inquiries and providing advice to the client regarding current and potential system inputs, processes, and outputs.
  • Negotiating plans and timeframes, ensuring that clients understand the anticipated result.
  • Developing and communicating detailed specifications for implementation.
  • Producing reports, timelines, and graphics to communicate expectations and progress to management, customers, investors, and other relevant parties.
  • Maintaining and ensuring proper documentation and coordinating or performing testing of system modifications.
  • Collaborating with the Project Manager to ensure the needs of the client have been met.
  • Researching and analyzing the nature, effect, and results of system difficulties.
  • Satisfying data sampling, project analysis, testing verification, and other user requests from existing client databases.
  • Acting as liaison with Information Technology and/or outside vendors to support relevant systems.
  • Maintaining a current understanding of industry standards, trends, and best practices through industry and other professional networks.


Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or 5+ years in a related technology area.

Experience Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 Dynamics development
  • 5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 Dynamics administration
  • Practical experience with Microsoft 365 services
  • Practical experience in Agile, DevOps methodologies
