MHE Installation PM

The Project/Program Manager II is responsible for the coordination and completion of projects and programs. This role involves overseeing all aspects of projects, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing the progress of projects and programs. The individual will prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of projects and programs. The role typically requires a bachelor's degree and 4-7 years of experience in the field or a related area. The candidate should be familiar with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures in the field, and should rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Creativity and a wide degree of latitude are expected as this role leads and directs the work of others.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete projects and programs.
• Oversee all aspects of projects, including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress.
• Prepare and present reports on project and program status to upper management.
• Lead and direct the work of others, ensuring project goals are met.
• Communicate effectively with third-party vendors and ensure proper installation, focusing on automation and MHE equipment.
• Collaborate with other teams and work in operational warehouses.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Handle project coordination, requests for information (RFI), and budgeting tasks.
• Identify gaps in standards and hold vendors accountable.

This position requires 100% travel to work site locations. The candidate will work with regional teams to complete multiple installation projects. The role involves heavy tracking, project management, and communication, utilizing various technologies.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Nashville, TN.

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
