Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced MES Engineer specializing in Siemens Opcenter to support life sciences manufacturing operations. The role involves implementing MES solutions, authoring recipes, ensuring compliance, and driving system improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain MES solutions using Siemens Opcenter
• Author recipes with Simatic IT EBR
• Develop and execute validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ)
• Troubleshoot and resolve MES-related issues to ensure minimal downtime
• Support system upgrades, expansions, and required documentation
• Provide training, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to team members

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of MES experience within Life Sciences industry
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance (GMP, FDA, EMA)
• Hands-on experience with Siemens Opcenter / Simatic IT EBR
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and lead deliverables
