Mergers and Acquisitions Associate

An elite top-tier US law firm is seeking a high-performing Mergers & Acquisitions Associate to join its market-leading team in Boston. This opportunity offers exposure to complex, high-value public and private transactions while working alongside some of the most respected dealmakers in the market.

The group is widely recognized for handling headline-grabbing M&A transactions for top private equity sponsors and global corporations.

You will:

• Advise on sophisticated public and private M&A transactions, including sponsor-led and strategic deals
• Represent major private equity funds in acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio company matters
• Work on high-profile, often cross-border transactions across a range of industries
• Collaborate within a deeply integrated corporate platform known for premium deal flow
• Develop within a high-performance, team-oriented culture with strong mentorship

The ideal candidate will have:

• JD, Class of 2020–2024
• Experience from a top-tier US law firm with meaningful M&A exposure
• Strong experience representing private equity sponsors and/or public companies
• Excellent academic credentials
• Admission to the New York Bar
