In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning, analyzing, and optimizing the financial side of the product portfolio—making sure the right products are available, priced well, and driving profitability. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including merchandising, supply chain, and finance to optimize product assortment, inventory, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze weekly financial and product performance
- Partner with supply chain to manage inventory and financial impacts
- Build business cases for product launches and promotional offers
- Track merchandising performance across channels
- Develop and manage financial plans and reporting
- Provide insights and recommendations to drive profitability
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in merchandising, buying, or financial planning (retail or digital preferred)
- Strong analytical skills, especially in Excel and data tools (Adobe Analytics is a plus)
- Ability to collaborate across teams and influence decision-making
- Self-starter who can take ownership and ramp up quickly
