Our client is looking to hire a Merchandise Coordinator! The Merchandise Coordinator serves as a key support partner to the merchant team, helping manage the day-to-day needs of the business. This role is responsible for a mix of team administration, reporting, data entry for product assortments, and support in monitoring assortment performance and business results. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple teams and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with brands and the merchant team to review deliverables and timelines for new product launches, ensuring assets are received accurately and on schedule.
  • Manage product and asset updates with brand partners to support conversion goals and keep launches progressing efficiently.
  • Partner with merchant and support teams to assist with the creative review process, ensuring products are represented accurately across all channels and materials.
  • Run weekly and monthly cross-functional reports and complete supporting tasks that help merchants manage brand relationships and business priorities.
  • Request, track, and organize product samples provided by brands for use in cross-functional initiatives and projects.


Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of merchant and/or retail/apparel/beauty industry experience required.
  • Cross-functional team communication and collaboration

  • Project kick-offs, launches, and multi-project support
