Mission Critical - Traveling Superintendent - Data Center Renovations (Up to $60M Projects)
Location: VA, NC, FL, GA, AL or TX based projects. 75% Travel required.
Salary Range: $140K - $200K+ (DOE, Bonus Eligible)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on-site execution for data center renovation projects valued up to $60M, ensuring zero downtime and 100% uptime compliance.
- Enforce rigorous safety protocols (OSHA, NFPA 70E) and quality controls in live environments, coordinating hot work, shutdowns, and commissioning.
- Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and data center owners (e.g., hyperscalers like AWS, Google, Microsoft) to hit milestones, budgets, and schedules.
- Mentor teams on mission-critical best practices, including BIM coordination and lean construction methods.
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years in mission-critical construction or data center renovations/TI projects $20M+.
- Expertise in electrical, mechanical, and fire suppression systems for live data centers; familiarity with Uptime Institute Tier standards a plus.
- Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, or related (or equivalent experience); PMP, LEED, or NICET certifications preferred.
- Strong communicator skilled in Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project; valid driver's license and ability to travel 50-75%.
