Project Manager – Mechanical Construction (DC Metro)

We are seeking a Project Manager with strong experience delivering large-scale commercial mechanical projects across the DC Metro area. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage complex HVAC and piping systems while leading teams and driving projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Overview:

You will oversee multiple commercial projects, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met while coordinating across field teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full project lifecycle for HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems
• Lead field teams, subcontractors, and vendors across multiple sites
• Oversee budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Coordinate with GCs, owners, and design teams

Qualifications:

• 5–10+ years in mechanical construction project management
• Experience with large commercial builds and MEP systems
• Willingness to travel throughout the DC Metro area
