Mental Health Therapist

Job Description:

A client of Insight Global is expanding and launching new programs across Eastern New Mexico. They are looking for 2 Licensed Therapists to join their outpatient team and play a key role in transforming behavioral health services in the community.

This role includes a mix of in-person and virtual therapy, working with diverse patient populations on mental health and substance use challenges.

Day to Day:

• Provide individual, family, and couples therapy
• Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
• Support crisis intervention (in-person and phone-based)
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and coping strategies
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams and community providers
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing development

Must Haves:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, MFT, or related field
• Licensed in New Mexico (LMHC, LMSW, LCSW, LPCC, LMFT or provisional accepted)
• Strong patient engagement and relationship-building skills
• Experience or interest in crisis intervention and behavioral health
• Ability to work with diverse populations

This role is paying from $55-75K a year depending on experience.
