Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Member of Technical Staff. The selected candidate will work on designing and developing robust, scalable systems to support the company’s innovative AI infrastructure. Responsibilities include writing and testing reliable code, collaborating on architecture decisions, troubleshooting technical challenges, and continuously improving system performance. The role involves exploring novel approaches for building scalable and maintainable systems and working closely with multidisciplinary teams to achieve company goals.

Qualifications

• Expected qualification: PhD in CS or related field, but open to candidates with exceptional practical experience
• Required: Intimate knowledge of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and the ability to implement them in real-world applications
• Required: Experience in software architecture, system design, and building scalable distributed systems
• Required: Effective communication and collaboration skills for working in a cross-functional environment
• Preferred: Skills in debugging, performance optimization, and code testing frameworks
• Preferred: Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and database design
• Prior experience in AI infrastructure or enterprise data systems is a plus
