K2 is an SBA-certified 8(a) Native Hawaiian Organization.The RoleAs a MEDLOG Operations & Plans Analyst, you'll serve as the OFS medical logistics subject matter expert, providing continuity across planning cycles by assessing operational requirements, translating MEDLOG doctrine and system realities for planners and action officers, and producing high-quality staff products and recommendations. This is a role for a proven logistics professional who can operate independently on mission-critical, high-visibility work across joint, service, and international military networks.ResponsibilitiesMEDLOG Operations SupportIdentify and assess operational-level MEDLOG requirements from subordinate and tactical inputs, compare against current and projected capabilities, and provide recommendations to OFS leadership and functional staff.Monitor unclassified and classified communications to identify emerging MEDLOG requirements, issues, and updates.Develop and manage Health Service Support (HSS) MEDLOG Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms)Review and quality-assure staff products, including briefs, action plans, and supporting documentation, providing actionable feedbackParticipate in working groups, operational planning teams (OPTs), synchronization meetings, and cross-functional touchpoints across MARFORPAC, INDOPACOM, and adjacent componentsMaintain operational task visibility by updating OFS Microsoft Teams task trackers and the tasking toolsProvide weekly activity updates and elevate issues requiring Force Surgeon or OFS support.Provide MEDLOG inputs to annual assessments and campaign/Annex Q-related cycles.MEDLOG Planning SupportParticipate in and inform planning events, including working groups, OPTs, OPLANs, CONOPs, and emergent planning by providing coordinated MEDLOG assessments and expertise.Monitor doctrinal and policy updates and advise on required adjustments to OFS, MARFORPAC policy, doctrine, or plan.sProvide MEDLOG-specific inputs for exercise plans and Annex Q products, coordinating planning alignment with sustainment realities and subordinate and adjacent MEDLOG elementsReporting, Deliverables & QualityProduce timely, analytically supported recommendations covering gap and shortfall identification, Class VIII status and readiness, program health, and allied and partner capability assessment.ntsDeliver recurring reports aligned to government formats and timelines, incorporating leadership feed. backFollow OFS and MARFORPAC internal review processes to ensure technical accuracy, eliminating errors and revising products quickly when non-compliant Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in logistics management, supply chain management, or a related field6+ years of experience supporting military logistics and sustainment operationsWorking knowledge of U.S. Navy MEDLOG systems and reporting, including MAXIMO Logistics Command & ControlAbility to work independently with minimal oversight on mission-critical, high-visibility work across DoD joint service and international military and civilian logistics networksAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools, including SharePoint, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelMilitary schooling such as SNCO Academy, Career Level School, Expeditionary Warfare School (EWS), or Supply SchoolMust hold an active TS/SCI clearance Preferred QualificationsExperience with Global Combat Support System, Marine Corps (GCSS-MC) functions.Supply chain or logistics certification (e.g., ASCM/APICS CSCP or CPIM, ISM CPSM, SOLE CPL, or equivalent)Healthcare or medical logistics credential (e.g., AHRMM CMRP or equivalent medical materiel/readiness credential)Prior relevant MOS experience (e.g., USMC MOS 0491, USN LS NEC, Army MOS 68J, or USAF AFSC 4A131)Professional certifications such as PMP or equivalentAdditional PME or JPME that strengthens joint and coalition planning effectivenessApplicable Navy AQD(s) or completion of USMC Ground Supply Officer SchoolBenefitsSalary: $113,000$133,000 annuallyComprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401(k)Location: Camp Smith, MARFORPACK2 is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
