Day ShiftDescription:MercyOne is seeking an experienced Medication Access Coordinator (MAC) to support our Population Health Services Organization (PHSO). This role plays a critical part in improving medication access, affordability, and adherence for our patients while supporting quality initiatives tied to HEDIS and Medicare Part D Star measures.
The ideal candidate is a Certified Pharmacy Technician with 5–7 years of experience and proven exposure to HEDIS and Part D Stars management, particularly in a population health or managed care environment.
