Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience worked in the last 3 years.
• Experience with Epic is required.
• 24 months of acute care experience within the last 3 years.
• Trauma Level 1 experience is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - University of Wisconsin Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - University of Wisconsin Health.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Tracheostomy and surgical experience
Preferred Skills/Experience: Gynecology. urology, plastic, and colorectal
Required Credentials:
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Traveler will be required to pass Telemetry test prior to being cleared to start.
Shift & Scheduling: Day/Night, Sunday - Saturday, 12-hour shifts, 0700-1930 or1900-0730, weekend rotation. Some holidays based on operational need.
Floating Requirements: May float to other med/surg units
14 days maximum time off
1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
1 reference required from within the last 3 years
Proof of identification required
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
