Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in Med Surg, Telemetry, or Stepdown setting
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and neurological status
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (Required)
• Strong neuro and cardiac clinical skills
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications (Required)
• PALS certification (Preferred)
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
