Medical Surgical Nurse

🩺 Med Surg/Tele Registered Nurse (RN) – Inpatient | Night Shift

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in an inpatient setting. The RN will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for adult patients while maintaining clinical excellence.

📅 Schedule:

• Shift: 12-hour Nights
• Schedule: 3x12 hours/week
• Every other weekend required
• Floating as needed

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Deliver safe and effective nursing care to adult patients
• Maintain clinical competency in patient care management
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Follow standards aligned with ANA Nursing Scope & Standards

✅ Requirements:

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Active Wisconsin RN License or Multi-State (Compact) License
• BLS (AHA or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of nursing theory and clinical practice
• Experience in patient care management

🎓 Preferred:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
