Job title: Med-Surg RN
Job location: Liberal, KS
Shift: Day and Night 3 x 12 - Every other Weekend
Pay: $27.75 -$29.25/hr (depends on exp)
Requirements:
HS diploma/GED or BSN
BLS/ACLS/PALS can be obtained within 6 months of hire
Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled RN to provide safe, high-quality care in a fast-paced Med/Surg environment. Must demonstrate strong assessment and critical thinking skills, ability to manage multiple patients, and proficiency in medication administration, IV therapy, and wound care.
Experience with admissions, discharges, and patient education preferred.
Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills essential.
Ability to recognize changes in patient condition and respond appropriately.
IV certification and prior Med/Surg experience preferred.
Float reqs: Float to Skilled Nursing, OB (post partum care)
