Position Details:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and client-focused Part-Time Med Spa Concierge (minimum 2 days per week) to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, client-centered environment and has a passion for aesthetics, wellness, and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in clients with a warm, professional demeanor
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
- Answer phone calls, texts, and emails promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk and lobby area
- Assist with patient intake forms and documentation
- Support providers with light clinical tasks (if qualified)
- Educate clients on services, memberships, and retail products
- Process payments and manage point-of-sale transactions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a med spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or similar setting
- Medical Assistant background (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable multitasking and working in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of aesthetic treatments and skincare is a plus
