Responsibilities:
Defense of medical malpractice, long-term care/nursing home negligence, hospital negligence, and general negligence matters.
Conduct and defend depositions.
Draft motions and briefs.
Argue motions and appear for Court conferences.
Daily file management.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in New Jersey.
Experience preferred, but not required.
