Looking to break into Medical Malpractice without prior direct experience? This is a rare opportunity to get trained in med mal while working on high-quality defense litigation matters.

We’re partnering with a growing, well-established litigation firm hiring for Huntington Beach & El Segundo, CA (hybrid).

💼 What You’ll Do

• Handle a manageable caseload (~20 cases), 4+ year Attorney (~40 cases) from start to finish
• Work closely with experienced partners on complex, high-exposure matters
• Gain hands-on training in Medical Malpractice defense
• Engage in depositions, motion practice, and trial prep

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years of litigation experience
• Background in insurance defense (workers’ comp attorneys encouraged to apply) will be trained in medical malpractice.
• Experience or interest in public entity defense or medical malpractice

⭐ Preferred Experience:

• Work involving public entities (schools, municipalities, universities)
• Exposure to police defense or excessive force litigation

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between [$120,000 – $225,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
