Job Description:
- 4+ Years of Medical Malpractice Law
- Work in fast paced environment with a well established professional liability team
- Handles all case aspects from depositions, motions, pleadings, trial, etc.
- Counsel and litigation matters concerning physician rights, medical malpractice defense, regulatory and licensure issues, guardianship proceedings/incapacitated patients, etc.
- Represent physicians and other health care professionals; hospitals, nursing homes, and healthcare systems; health insurance companies; pharmaceutical companies and professional corporations.
- Hybrid
- Billable Goal: 1800
- PA Admission Required
