Key Responsibilities
✔ Perform laboratory testing across multiple departments
✔ Collect, process, and analyze blood, urine, fecal, body fluid, and other specimens
✔ Conduct quality control and troubleshoot laboratory issues
✔ Review and validate test results
✔ Maintain laboratory instruments and equipment
✔ Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals regarding test results and methodologies
✔ Ensure compliance with laboratory standards and procedures
Qualifications
🎓 Bachelor's Degree (or Associate Degree for grandfathered personnel)
📜 MLT, MT (ASCP), CLS, or Equivalent Certification Required
🧪 Strong laboratory generalist skills with phlebotomy experience
