Responsibilities

The Imaging Coordinator coordinates department functions to allow services to be delivered expediently and efficiently through effective organization of staff and work flow. Maintains knowledge of department procedures in order to provide assistance throughout the patient care continuum. Direct supervision is provided by the Supervisor/Manager of the department.

Qualifications

Education:

Graduate of certified Radiologic Technology school and program required.

Experience:

Minimum of one year of experience in imaging and/or other clinical modality required, three years preferrered. One year in a supervisory or coordinator role preferred. Supervisory course work and working knowledge of CQI principals preferred. Medical terminology preferred. Keyboard skills and ability to navigate electronic systems applicable to job functions.

Licensure

Current applicable state license in Radiological Technologist Diagnostic (LRT) required. Current national registration in Radiography (ARRT-R) required.

Pay Range

USD $46.37 - USD $66.31 /Hr.
