Job Title: Medical Director – Psychiatrist - Child and Adolescent

- Join a well-established program at our Center for Autism & Developmental Disabilities (CADD) providing direct patient care services at CADD.
- Outpatient position – Lancaster, PA - Monday-Friday days; excellent work-life balance
- Great career opportunity to work with a multi-disciplinary team with expertise in the treatment of social, emotional and behavioral issues affecting individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and Intellectual Disability (ID).
- Provides clinical consultation, education, and supervision to CADD team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Offers case consultation and clinical guidance to WellSpan Health community providers
- Participate actively in CADD’s program development, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Delivers clinical oversight and supervision to advanced practice providers, ensuring adherence to best practice and regulatory standards.
- Provides supervision of medical students and residents through participation in the WellSpan Health medical education program.
