We are seeking a Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician to step in as Medical Director and help lead the next phase of growth.
The Opportunity
This is not a traditional clinical role.
You will:
- Build and lead a comprehensive MSK + rehab program
- Work alongside chiropractors, PTs, and performance specialists
- Bridge the gap between rehabilitation, pain, and performance
- Shape treatment protocols and patient pathways
- Play a key role in scaling a high-growth healthcare business
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and manage patients with musculoskeletal and functional conditions
- Oversee and guide rehab-based care plans across providers
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated care
- Develop systems for patient outcomes, retention, and progression
- Mentor clinical staff through case reviews and training
- Participate in strategic growth and clinical operations
What We’re Looking For
- MD or DO, Board Certified/Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
- Strong background in musculoskeletal medicine and functional rehab
- Experience working in or alongside multidisciplinary teams
- Interest in performance, recovery, and non-surgical care pathways
- Leadership mindset — someone who wants to help build, not just work
Compensation & Upside
- Base + productivity with earnings up to $300,000+
- Equity / ownership opportunity
- Full operational support (billing, staffing, marketing)
