Job Summary:

We are seeking a Technical Services Engineer to provide remote technical support for advanced healthcare technology products. This position serves as a key resource for healthcare professionals, field representatives, and patients by assisting with troubleshooting, diagnostics, system connectivity, and product usage guidance. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and experience supporting customers in a regulated healthcare or technical environment.


Key Responsibilities:

• Provide remote technical support to healthcare professionals, field personnel, and patients regarding product functionality and performance.

• Troubleshoot device issues, review diagnostics, and assist with system connectivity concerns.

• Guide users through product setup, operation, and technical problem resolution.

• Document customer interactions, technical findings, and resolutions accurately within support systems.

• Interpret technical documentation, product specifications, and operational procedures to support customer inquiries.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve customer experience.

• Maintain compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company procedures.

• Deliver professional customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume support environment.


Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent with relevant technical, healthcare, or customer support experience.

• Minimum of five years of experience in technical support, medical support, call center operations, customer service, or troubleshooting-related roles.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience troubleshooting technical products, devices, systems, or equipment.

• Ability to navigate multiple systems while maintaining detailed documentation.

• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency using computer systems and support tools.


Preferred Qualifications:

• Vocational or technical coursework in biomedical equipment, biosciences, medical technology, electronics, information technology, or related disciplines.

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biomedical Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience supporting healthcare providers, patients, or clinical staff.

• Exposure to medical devices, clinical equipment, patient monitoring systems, or implantable technologies.

• Call center or remote technical support experience.

• Experience reviewing technical documentation, diagrams, and operating procedures.
