Option 1 Staffing looking is for an excellent communicator with strong customer service skills to join a hard-working healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients on the phone and in person, and answer inquiries
• Verify information and charges with great attention to detail
• Enter data into the system and maintain accurate files
• Obtain info and details from outside departments when necessary
• Bill insurance carriers and calculate deductible or adjustments as needed
• Follow up on unpaid claims

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Healthcare related field
• Medical billing and follow up experience
• Excellent communication skills
• High School diploma
