• Prepare welcoming and clinical-ready environments to ensure every patient feels safe, comfortable, and ready for their visit from the moment they walk in.

• Capture vital signs and patient stories with precision to provide the clinical team with a clear, accurate foundation for diagnosis and treatment.

• Support complex clinical procedures and treatments as a trusted partner to physicians and nurses, ensuring seamless care delivery and patient safety.

• Coordinate essential clinic operations—from managing supplies to maintaining digital records—to keep the team organized and focused on what matters most: the patient.

• Facilitate clear communication between patients and the care team, acting as a vital link that ensures questions are answered and records are meticulously maintained.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association OR American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

• Rotating mostly 4:30-7:30pm and Saturday mornings 8-12
