Join a growing medical device manufacturer where quality, teamwork, and employee growth come first. As a Clean Room Assembler, you’ll help build Class II & III medical devices that make a real impact—working in a clean, structured, and supportive environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Assemble, inspect, and package medical devices in a clean room setting
  • Perform manufacturing steps such as molding, dipping, assembly, and packaging
  • Use microscopes, hand tools, and small fixtures to work with precision parts
  • Operate equipment including test stations, ovens, presses, coating and heat‑sealing machines
  • Follow SOPs, drawings, and documentation requirements (GDP)
  • Track materials and maintain full product traceability
  • Partner with leads and teammates to troubleshoot routine issues
  • Follow all safety, quality, and EHS guidelines
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of medical device or clean room assembly experience
  • 1+ year of microscope assembly experience
  • Comfortable working with small parts and detailed instructions
  • Basic computer skills and strong communication
  • Experience with hand tools and medical manufacturing preferred

Work Schedule & Environment
  • 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:30 AM – 3:00 PM (3‑day weekends!)
  • Clean room environment (full gowning required: no jewelry, makeup, closed‑toe shoes)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
