Media Prep Lab Services Associate Technician

We are hiring a Lab Services / Media Prep Technician to support our Media Prep and Lab Services team in a fast-paced biotech/life sciences environment. This role is responsible for preparing laboratory media, buffers, reagents, glassware cleaning/sterilization, inventory support, and campus deliveries using a company vehicle.

This is a hands-on onsite role ideal for candidates with lab support, media prep, glasswash, or biotech operations experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare microbiological media, tissue culture media, buffers, and reagents
• Clean, sterilize, prepare, and distribute lab glassware/equipment
• Operate autoclaves, washers, ovens, tanks, and benchtop equipment
• Maintain stock/inventory levels using FIFO practices
• Deliver and pick up glassware/materials across campus using company vehicle
• Complete documentation in compliance with SOPs, cGMP, and safety standards
• Support process improvements and 5S initiatives
• Communicate updates to supervisors and internal customers

Required Qualifications:

• BS/BA in Life Sciences OR equivalent experience
• 3+ years of relevant lab operations / media prep / glassware support experience
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (MVR required)
• Experience in GMP / SOP environments
• Basic Microsoft Word / Excel skills
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday
• 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM
• Flexibility required during training period (earlier shift possible)

Work Model:

100% Onsite
