What started as a backyard idea has grown into a worldwide movement — 150,000+ boards sold, 350+ retail locations, and officially licensed partnerships with Paris Saint-Germain, Manchester City, Arsenal, Liverpool, Juventus, Club América, MLS, and more.
We're now expanding into Dick's Sporting Goods locations across the U.S., and this is just the beginning.

The Role
We're looking for a proactive, results-driven Marketing Manager to own and drive our paid media and growth strategy. This is a high-impact role where you'll have real ownership — building campaigns, managing spend, and finding new ways to grow the brand across every channel.

Key Responsibilities
Paid Media & Campaign Management
• Own and execute paid media strategy across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, and emerging platforms
• Manage and optimize ad spend to hit growth targets
• Build testing frameworks: creative testing, audience segmentation, landing page optimization
Growth & Strategy
• Identify and pursue new marketing opportunities across channels, partnerships, and platforms
• Develop and execute campaigns around product launches, tournaments, and brand moments
• Stay ahead of trends and bring fresh ideas to the table — don't wait to be asked
Reporting & Optimization
• Own media budget planning and allocation
• Deliver clear performance reporting and translate data into action
• Continuously improve what's working and cut what isn't
What We're Looking For
• 1–5+ years in paid media or performance marketing
• Proven track record managing ad budgets with measurable results
• Deep familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads
• Data-driven mindset — you live in the numbers but understand brand
• Self-starter who takes initiative without waiting for direction
• Experience in DTC, e-commerce, or consumer lifestyle/sports brands preferred
Bonus Points
• Experience scaling a consumer brand from early stage
• Familiarity with attribution tools (Triple Whale, Northbeam, etc.)
• Passion for soccer, sports culture, or creator-driven brands
