Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
Experience:
• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.
• 3 months of travel experience is required.
• 3 months of Cerner experience is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Florida license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• No current placement allowed at Program: Cross Country Program - Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare.

Additional Details:
Required Skills / Experience: A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
Preferred Skills / Experience: At least 1 year neuro specific experience
Special Requests: 1 manager reference from within the last 12 months OR 2 charge nurse references from within the last 6 months (One reference must be from most recent employment)
No travel duos for MS or Tele units unless specifically requested by the facility
Shift & Scheduling: Manager cannot guarantee block scheduling.
Floating Requirement: Will float to all units within the Med Surg division
7 days maximum time off
2 Manager/Supervisor references from within the last 12 months
Proof of identification required
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
