Title: Mechatronics QA Engineer (Levels II-IV)
Location: Fort Worth, TX (hybrid/onsite 3 Days a week)

Pay Rate:$37.75-$59.00 (DOE)

Our client, a global leader in advanced autonomous vehicles and robotic solutions across multiple industries, is seeking Mechatronics QA Engineers to support quality assurance efforts for advanced autonomous and robotic systems. This role focuses on testing, debugging, and validating integrated mechanical, electrical, and software components to ensure reliable system performance. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams to identify defects and drive continuous quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual and system-level tests in lab and field environments.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
• Create and maintain test plans, protocols, and documentation.
• Log and track defects using test management tools.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum activities and support test setup and teardown.
• Perform root-cause analysis and support user-acceptance and performance validation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams and mentor junior QA staff.
  

• 3-7+ years of hands-on experience testing mechatronic or integrated hardware/software systems.
• Experience with test design, defect tracking, and component or system integration validation.
• Exposure to mechanical, electrical, and embedded systems testing.
• Familiarity with scripting or data analysis tools (e.g., Python, Bash).
  

• Up to 20% for field testing and validation activities.
