Mechanical HVAC Design Engineer IV

A.L.M. Consulting Engineers, Inc is a full service Mechanical Engineering firm - providing mechanical and plumbing engineering services, commissioning, mechanical cost estimates, construction management and energy analysis for mechanical and plumbing systems throughout the United States since 1993. Our San Marcos, CA (San Diego County) office is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer with the experience and expertise to draft and design H.V.A.C. systems and manage projects from conception to completion with minimal supervision.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 10 years of experience designing H.V.A.C. and Plumbing systems.
• Ability to AutoCAD and Revit draft, design and manage projects from conception to completion.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and Revit.
• Proficient with Excel and Bluebeam.
• Proficient with California Division of the State Architects Office (D.S.A.) plan submittal and approval process.
• Heating, Cooling and Title 24 (EnergyPro) Calculations.

Approximate annual pay based on experience: $80,000 - $120,000 for a 40 hour work week.

1.5 OVERTIME PAY FOR WORK OVER 40 HOURS PER WEEK.
