🔧 What You’ll Do
- Support research and development projects from concept through implementation
- Assist with product design, testing, and validation activities
- Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams to improve products and processes
- Analyze test data and recommend design or process improvements
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and technical problem-solving
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field)
- Experience in engineering roles such as testing, product design, manufacturing, or process engineering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on mindset with a willingness to learn
- Ability to collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment
