We are seeking a hands-on Mechanical Drafter with strong SolidWorks experience, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work with precision measurements in a real manufacturing environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys mechanics, precision, and bringing real-world equipment into detailed, manufacturable drawings.
What we are looking for:
• Mechanical drafting experience
• SolidWorks proficiency
• Ability to perform accurate measurements using micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and other precision tools
• Formal technical training or related drafting/engineering education
• Machine shop experience is a strong advantage
• Reverse engineering experience highly valued
• Understanding of GD&T and mechanical tolerances
In this role you will:
• Create and revise 3D models and 2D drawings
• Support engineering, production, and quality teams
• Reverse engineer centrifuge components and machined parts
• Perform inspections and maintain detailed documentation
• Collaborate closely with machinists and engineers to ensure manufacturability
Ideal background includes:
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Drafting, CAD Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or related field.
