Mechanical Assembler

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in industrial equipment, is seeking a Mechanical Assembler to join their team. As a Mechanical Assembler, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the assembly of high-quality machinery. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Mechanical Assembler

Location: Golden Valley, MN

Pay Range: $21 - $23/hour

Shift: Monday - Thursday: 3:00PM - 1:00AM
Friday: 1:00PM - 9:00PM

What's the Job?

• Perform mechanical assembly of products with complex functions requiring independent judgment
• Conduct in-process quality checks and communicate results effectively
• Recognize, communicate, and document safety concerns to maintain a safe work environment
• Troubleshoot and make adjustments to ensure the production of a quality product
• Maintain cleanliness and organization through housekeeping and 5S practices

What's Needed?

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 1-4 years of related mechanical assembly experience or technical degree in a related field
• Familiarity with mechanical and electrical assembly concepts, practices, and procedures
• Ability to perform on multiple assembly stations, including main line and other lines after training
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
