We are looking for a Meat Manager with 5 years of Meat Department experience.

About the Role

Ability to perform cut test, calculate fare weights and analyze gross margins. Duties include managing the department, merchandising, ordering and inventory control. Must maintain industry and company standards including proper sanitation and shrink control.
