Job Description

The Application Developer, Full Stack role will be responsible for the broader process of developing and deploying enhancements and/or new applications used in local, networked, cloud-based or internet-related computer programs. They will use their technical expertise in programming languages, tools, and delivery models, in conjunction with their methodology expertise to collaborate with various stakeholders and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products and solutions. This role requires a foundational understanding of programming languages, tools, and delivery models, as well as the ability to effectively communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders. The incumbent will work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, including project teams, business analysts, and end-users, to ensure the development process is running smoothly. Ultimately, the incumbent will play a vital role in ensuring the organization's software applications are effective, efficient, and provide a seamless experience for the end-users.

Role Overview

Role Type: Full Stack Developer (hands-on)

Team Size: 8–10 developers already onsite (will be working on development team)

This role will report to another manager who owns:

Product and Customer domains

Core Responsibilities

Hands-on development with deep involvement in code

Strong participation across SDLC (end-to-end)

Unit testing

Working closely with technical leads

Sharing delivery timelines

Understanding and contributing to solution design

Operating in Agile-based project environments

Required Technical Skills

MDM (Master Data Management):

Some prior MDM knowledge required

Experience with MDM tools

Semarchy is the current MDM tool in use

Candidate does not need Semarchy specifically

Experience with other MDM tools is acceptable

Oracle:

Oracle experience is a plus

Platform is built on Oracle

Semarchy interfaces with Oracle systems

Ideal Candidate Profile

Strong hands-on developer

Comfortable working in enterprise data platforms

Experience collaborating in large, distributed dev teams

Able to support and enhance shared data platforms

Brings both technical depth and delivery discipline

Responsibilities

Analyze system requirements and translate them into software programming specifications

Develop, code, integrate, test, and debug software applications using current programming languages

Create documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance of software

Collaborate and communicate closely with various stakeholders such as users, developers, and project managers to ensure timely delivery of products and solutions

Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and programming languages to ensure the team's skills and expertise are current

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Preferred

An individual should be capable of maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP both R12 and Cloud) systems, particularly in supplier-related activities. Payables and Purchasing knowledge are nice to have.

Hands-on experience with SQL and PL/SQL and expertise in technology integration and designing interfaces between systems experience in developing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Azure.

Hands on experience in Oracle Integrated Cloud (OIC), proficiency in developing BIP reports, microservices, REST API, familiarity with Azure resources, such as Event Hubs, Service Bus topics, and subscriptions

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $116670.84 - $150592.51/yr.
