Material Handler

We are looking for a Material Handler to join the team! This is a full-time, direct hire position that is 100% on-site in a new facility in Tooele, UT.

Minova’s new facility in Tooele, Utah, is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Material Handler to join our team. In this role, you’ll be essential to daily warehouse operations by operating sit-down forklifts, unpacking and repacking products, moving materials to staging areas, and optimizing storage bays.

Responsibilities:

• Operate sit-down forklifts safely to move, load, and unload materials.
• Unpack incoming products, inspect them for accuracy, and repack as necessary.
• Transport materials to designated staging areas within the warehouse.
• Rearrange and maintain storage bays for efficient use of space and access.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet operational targets.
• Follow Minova’s safety and quality standards at all times.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Previous forklift experience, particularly with sit-down models, required.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations, material handling, and staging procedures.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety.
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed.
• Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Inventory and documentation experience is preferred.

Details:

• This is a full-time, direct hire position that is 100% on-site in a new facility in Tooele, UT.
• Schedule: Days, Monday - Friday.
• Pay: $20-22/hr. BOE + Benefits.
• No relocation assistance. Location candidates preferred.
• This is a W-2 position. No B2C/C2C. No Sponsorship.
