Work Environment
This is a first-shift position with core hours from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with the possibility of working until 4:30 PM based on production needs. The role is based on a large, well-organized manufacturing floor where sections are clearly labeled by materials and production areas. The facility is very neat, clean, and controlled, with a strong emphasis on 5S practices. Work is physically active, involving regular lifting of 50 lbs or more, climbing, standing, walking, sitting, and reaching for extended periods. Employees frequently use hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and overhead cranes while assembling metal products and heat exchangers in a fast-paced production setting.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
